Join our dynamic team at Terry Soot Management Group as we embark on an exciting project aimed at capturing comprehensive imagery of streets, key landmarks, and public spaces across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Utilizing cutting-edge vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras, we will gather vital visual data to enhance one of the most utilized online mapping services globally.
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of this multifaceted project across multiple states, with a duration of at least three months, ensuring smooth operations in various urban and regional areas.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a responsible, organized approach to project oversight. We foster a leadership-oriented management style, valuing team collaboration over hierarchical authority.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure.
- Facilitate direct communication and team management with the support of Team Leads, providing daily updates and reports to clients.
- Monitor performance and quality metrics closely, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Oversee cross-functional management including quality assurance and production to meet program deliverables.
- Handle cost management and budget oversight effectively.
- Engage in team training sessions to foster skill development.
- Conduct risk management at the project level.
