AECOM is seeking skilled professionals for multiple roles in Ports & Maritime Design across Australia as our project pipeline expands. These positions are essential in enhancing our national leadership in Ports & Maritime sectors, particularly in advancing our technical, design, and project management expertise.
Your Impact
Direct the management and execution of diverse maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures, coastal infrastructure, and waterfront developments.
Take ownership of work packages, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, technical delivery, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with AECOM teams both nationally and internationally, utilizing our design capabilities to successfully manage complex maritime infrastructure projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with port authorities, government agencies, and private sector clients.
Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, including design and commercial management, program coordination, and multidisciplinary technical integration.
Provide strategic leadership across maritime and coastal engineering disciplines, ensuring that designs meet industry standards and best practices. Mentor engineers and enhance AECOM’s global Ports & Maritime capabilities.
