As a key leader in our organization, you will provide expert project management and technical design support for Aftermarket customers in the Food and Pharmaceutical Packaging sectors. You will be responsible for preparing financial proposals and managing the project lifecycle from initial engagement through to final delivery and installation startup.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of customer machine projects from concept through completion. Ensure that work schedules, hours, costs, and communication are well-maintained throughout the project.
- Collaborate closely with customers, the Center of Competence (CoC), third-party vendors, and Aftermarket Sales Managers during the quotation and project management processes.
- Proactively resolve issues, address customer concerns, and provide answers throughout the project phases, including quoting, ordering, design, manufacturing, installation, and inspection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, delivering regular updates and reports to all stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Travel to client locations for major or complex installations and participate in team-building and project meetings at the CoC.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
