This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
As a Project Manager with one of Southern California's leading utility companies, you will oversee electric infrastructure projects within the Construction & Technical Support (C&TS) team. This role involves direct collaboration with our clients and internal teams, managing a growing portfolio of Transmission and Distribution projects. The complexity and strategic importance of these projects require diligent management to meet the expectations of regulators, environmental agencies, and key customers. Your Day-to-Day - Prepare to Innovate, Collaborate, and Excel!
- Oversee projects and programs, including facility relocations, small civil capital initiatives, and compliance projects.
- Maintain project documentation across various platforms, ensuring data is prioritized and organized.
- Generate necessary documentation such as Authorization to Proceed (ATP) and Release to Construct (RTC) as needed.
- Review and evaluate project submittals and documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Facilitate project closeout processes in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, documenting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Manage regulatory and legal aspects of projects, including compliance with prevailing wage and other requirements.
