What to Expect in This Role:
- Preparation and execution of construction projects (investments, demolitions, insulation, general repairs, electrical installations, etc.)
- Coordination of suppliers, designers, and technical supervision
- Preparation of documentation for tendering processes and collaboration in supplier selection
- Management of construction progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements
- Inspection of completed buildings, review of project and implementation documentation, and handling complaints
- Budget management for construction projects, including invoice verification and approval
- Maintenance of comprehensive project documentation and related administration
- Ongoing communication with internal and external partners
