About the Role:
As a member of CivilGrid’s Data team, you will play a crucial role in managing the foundational datasets that drive our application. This position is an exciting opportunity for an early hire within a new group focused on extracting insights from engineering records and as-built drawings.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating digitization tasks and workflows, ensuring stakeholder alignment on timelines and priorities.
Providing thorough markup and interpretation of utility engineering records and as-built documents.
Conducting quality assurance on digitized outputs.
Managing subcontractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure efficient project execution and scalability.
Collaborating closely with Data and Customer Success leadership to enhance operational processes.
This role is well-suited for individuals who excel in structuring processes, demonstrating operational excellence, and possess practical experience in utility engineering within a fast-paced startup environment.
