Summary: The Project Manager will oversee all facets of medical communications projects, from initiation to completion, which includes content development, organizing advisory boards, and speaker training.
Key responsibilities involve leading cross-functional project teams, collaborating with various departments, fulfilling client and management expectations, building robust faculty relationships, and ensuring that programs adhere to timelines and predetermined objectives. The Project Manager will also be responsible for budget creation, management, and reconciliation, overseeing external vendors, keeping projects on schedule, providing regular updates to internal team members and clients, and effectively managing resources. The number of concurrent projects assigned to each Project Manager will vary based on the scope and nature of each initiative.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator with a proven track record of successfully guiding multidisciplinary teams.
