Qualifications
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who will oversee the successful delivery of projects, initiate and manage delivery controls, and provide proportionate assurance. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing and delivering client projects while understanding the nuances of various project methodologies. They will also contribute to our practice approaches and collateral to ensure knowledge is preserved and utilized effectively.The Project Manager will be integrated into our growing Business Change practice, reporting directly to the Head of Change Delivery. Our client services combine the necessary skills for designing and implementing digital transformation, leveraging innovative solutions and emerging technologies to drive sustainable value for our public sector clients.We seek candidates with a proven track record in delivering complex projects, particularly within digital and technological domains, possessing strong Agile methodology expertise and broader project management skills. A solid understanding of the UK public services landscape and diverse sector experience is essential.Successful candidates will demonstrate robust stakeholder engagement skills and a keen awareness of the challenges associated with public sector delivery, along with a passion for innovative solutions.
