As a Project Manager, you will oversee the complete management and delivery of consulting projects for both private equity and corporate clients. You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor teams, and ensure project success through strategic execution. Your key responsibilities include developing strategies, achieving operational excellence, conducting due diligence, and driving value creation projects. You will collaborate closely with both Roland Berger and client teams, presenting comprehensive findings and actionable recommendations.
Occasional national and international travel may be required.
- Direct the daily execution of commercial engagements, particularly in the Mobility, Automotive, and Energy sectors.
- Foster client relationships, building trust at senior levels, and leading impactful presentations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve peak performance.
- Collaborate on due diligence, strategic initiatives, and value creation efforts.
- Create and present polished, client-ready presentations and reports.
- Contribute to thought leadership on topics relevant to Mobility, Automotive, and Energy.
- Support the growth of practice areas, including recruitment and knowledge enhancement.
