Join EnerMech as a Project Manager within our Pipelines & Subsea sector in Georgetown, Guyana. In this pivotal role, you will lead the international projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and stringent commercial oversight.
As the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients, you'll engage directly with stakeholders and may need to travel to client sites or offshore locations, including international territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project operations including engineering schedules, cost management, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor client-specific goals and KPIs to guarantee achievement of targets and completion of necessary actions.
- Lead internal and external reporting (weekly/monthly) focusing on commercial accuracy and performance metrics.
- Conduct planning, scheduling, and technical reviews to facilitate successful offshore mobilization.
- Maintain frequent communication with EnerMech offshore/site teams regarding operational and maintenance tasks.
- Engage with management and clients to define project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish project specifications.
- Supervise laborers and mechanics, providing guidance as necessary.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope and schedule, collaborating with multiple functional departments.
- Compile and present project status reports to clients, management, and stakeholders.
- Implement and manage changes to meet project outputs effectively.
- Assess project results and performance against objectives.
- Establish and uphold processes to manage quality and performance standards across multiple projects.
- Foster partnerships with external resources, including vendors.
- Identify necessary resources (manpower, equipment, materials) throughout the project lifecycle, with a keen eye on budget constraints.
- Achieve budgetary goals and adjust project parameters based on financial insights.
- Communicate project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct risk management to mitigate potential issues.
- Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps as required.
- Ensure compliance with client health, safety, and environment (HSE), quality, and technical standards.
