Role Overview:
We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Technology Director’s Office. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Director of Technology in steering strategic initiatives, ensuring exceptional execution, and coordinating key projects across departments. The ideal candidate will introduce structure, precision, and composure to our fast-paced environment, acting as a trusted partner to our Tech Director.
This role is ideal for someone with over 4 years of experience in project management who thrives in a startup atmosphere and is keen to work at the crossroads of technology, innovation, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Technology Director to outline project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that resonate with the company’s vision and goals.
- Design, uphold, and refine project plans, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and performance dashboards.
- Track and report on the progress of multiple concurrent projects, recognizing risks and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, guaranteeing effective communication, suitable resource allocation, and alignment with key milestones.
- Lead and follow up on meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are clearly documented and executed.
- Deliver concise reporting and regular updates to the Technology Director and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee high-priority initiatives and associated administrative tasks, including executive calendar planning and scheduling support.
- Maintain thorough documentation and conduct post-project evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
