Role Overview
Middle Seat is on the lookout for a Project Manager to enhance our TV Department, focusing on the orchestration of linear paid media campaigns, managing timelines, and fostering cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and clients.
This role is perfect for an exceptionally organized project manager who excels in fast-paced settings, enjoys keeping intricate workstreams on track, and can serve as a vital connection between creative, strategy, and execution teams. Although prior experience in TV consulting is not a prerequisite, a keen interest in this area is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and workflows for paid media campaigns, with a primary emphasis on TV projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, calendars, and status trackers.
- Ensure timely completion of multiple concurrent projects and client requirements.
- Identify and communicate risks, delays, or resource constraints at the earliest opportunity.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison for project coordination between TV strategists, production teams, vendors, and clients.
- Organize internal check-ins, status meetings, and project handoffs.
- Guarantee clear communication of expectations, next steps, and project priorities.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in client communications related to project developments and updates.
