Mission:
To comprehensively manage assigned projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, control, and closure while meeting defined objectives regarding scope, time, cost, quality, and risks. You will guarantee value delivery aligned with business strategy (OKR) and PMO guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to the methodology defined by the PMO.
Manage project scope and formally administer approved changes.
Monitor project performance through management indicators (KPIs) derived from strategic objectives (OKR’s) and milestone compliance.
Develop and maintain essential project artifacts: work plan, schedule, budget, risk matrix, and dependencies.
Identify, assess, and follow up on risks and incidents, defining and implementing mitigation plans.
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports and present them to sponsors, committees, and PMO.
Ensure compliance with standards, methodologies, and best practices in project management.
Support change management and the adoption of project deliverables as appropriate.
Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management-related credentials are desirable.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (corporate or PMO experience preferred).
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, MS Office, Power BI, or similar).
Additional Skills:
Project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid, etc.).
Planning, schedule control, and budgeting.
Risk, issues, and change management.
