Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of TIC projects, ensuring compliance with industry quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role demands exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adept risk management skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Establish project scope, timelines, and resource allocations.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams while fostering accountability.
Track project key performance indicators, with a focus on cost and budget management.
Proactively identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all projects adhere to TIC standards along with quality and safety regulations.
Collaborate closely with clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
Resolve conflicts and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline.
8–12 years of project management experience, ideally within the TIC, inspection, or certification sectors.
Proven experience in managing compliance-driven or engineering projects.
PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
