As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in orchestrating the planning, execution, and closure of projects that align with our strategic objectives. Your role will encompass comprehensive project management, meticulous documentation, risk assessment, financial oversight, and detailed reporting, all while adhering to PMO best practices. This position involves managing medium to high-priority programs and fostering intricate business relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Delivery: Oversee all facets of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget oversight, schedule compliance, resource allocation, and milestone monitoring to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Project Management Tools & Data Integrity: Diligently maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and data integrity. Regularly update and track progress via standardized dashboard reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication & Leadership: Serve as the primary internal contact for projects, nurturing robust cross-functional relationships. Facilitate regular project updates and provide leadership to address challenges and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing to achieve project objectives.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks. Quantify cost and schedule impacts and ensure appropriate submission to the change management process to uphold project integrity.
- Schedule Management & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all organizational levels. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
