United Infrastructure is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team, particularly as we embark on new AMP8 framework agreements. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects within our integrated project delivery team. You will hold responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects (valued up to £10 million).
- Assume Principal Contractor obligations in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
- Drive the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) procedures across all projects.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections on-site and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Manage overall project timelines, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Oversee commercial aspects including budget oversight, cost control, and margin achievement.
- Provide guidance to Site Managers, Engineers, and Site Foremen.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to resolve issues and enhance performance.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders; cultivating strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
- Chair project meetings, ensuring thorough documentation of discussions and decisions.
- Manage change controls and client expectations through effective communication and risk management.
- Collaborate with design teams to create practical, cost-effective, and buildable solutions.
- Mentor and support the development of project delivery teams.
- Ensure all necessary method statements and risk assessments are properly documented and maintained.
- Plan and secure resources and materials to align with delivery schedules.
