As a Project Manager specializing in water safety, you will lead remarkable projects that deliver significant results together with your project teams.
Your Role as a Project Manager Water Safety at Antea Group
You will be responsible for multiple strategic projects focused on water safety. This involves collaboration with water authorities, Rijkswaterstaat, and land managers—organizations that rely on our expertise at the intersection of water, nature, and spatial planning. In some projects, you will act as an IPM project manager within our multidisciplinary team, working on explorations or plan developments. In other scenarios, you might serve as a role holder within an IPM team for a client. You will provide structure and direction to projects during both the planning and execution phases. Your motivating input will empower team members and foster collaboration. Together with specialists, you will devise innovative approaches, alternatives, and solutions for challenges and tenders. Utilizing your commercial acumen, you will position our solutions with clients and secure valuable contracts.

As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with clients, understanding their ambitions, challenges, and questions. You will enjoy meeting prospects and getting to know them better. Additionally, you will collaborate extensively with project leaders, team managers, and management members within your advisory group.
