- Structuring internal processes and designing business requirements;
- Organizing long-term vision, assessing opportunities to enhance customer experience;
- Managing stakeholders, timelines, and budgets;
- Ensuring integrated development schedules and testing;
- Validating deliveries/systems;
- Planning and executing knowledge transfer and change management initiatives across brands;
