Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Property Field Adjuster to join EAC Claims Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from their inception through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan your daily workload to efficiently process claims and conduct thorough inspections.
- Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses to gather necessary information.
- Manage property claims involving damages to buildings, structures, contents, and property.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of property damage and verify insurance coverage.
- Evaluate damages to determine fair settlements.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants.
- Upload completed reports, photos, and documentation using our specialized software systems.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in software programs, particularly Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in insurance claims or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
