Your Role and Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our therapist growth strategy, driving the expansion of our therapist network. You will operate in an entrepreneurial environment, managing the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to engaging therapists and finalizing contracts. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Provider Growth, you will play a key role in building the supply side of our mental health marketplace, serving as the first point of contact for prospective therapist partners.
In this position, you will not only promote our vision but also gather invaluable insights to inform improvements across various business functions, collaborating closely with teams in product, engineering, design, and operations.
