The Provider Partnership Associate plays a crucial role in supporting both internal and external operations that empower our exceptional provider network to deliver vital services to frail seniors across diverse locations. This position involves collaborative efforts both online and face-to-face with our provider partners and PACE center leadership, addressing healthcare-related matters, particularly in onboarding, education regarding authorizations, and claims management, ensuring ongoing provider engagement and participation. The Provider Partnership Associate will also resolve inquiries and conduct training for healthcare providers to enhance operational effectiveness.

In your day-to-day functions, you will:
- Establish and nurture effective communication channels with our esteemed network of aligned providers through ownership of implementation and provider relations.
- Guide partners from initial provider training and onboarding to understanding Plan policies, procedures, and available technology (e.g., Provider Portal), ensuring ongoing engagement and relationship enhancement.
- Manage external and cross-departmental relationships to guarantee seamless operational integration with our contracted provider partners and clinical teams.
- Address incoming provider relations inquiries and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues promptly.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement across provider experiences!
