Furthermore, you enjoy contributing ideas about client care developments as well as departmental processes.In addition, you have:A HBO diploma, for instance, in Social Work, SPH, or Social Work with a focus on GGZ Agoog;At least 2 years of experience within a clinical department in the GGZ;A flexible and client-centered attitude;An affinity for our target group;You can work independently but also thrive in a multidisciplinary team;You are stress-resistant, proactive, and eager to think about care-related developments and innovations.

The certified High Intensive Care (HIC) for adults in Leidschendam treats clients aged 18 and older with severe and acute psychiatric conditions. As a Psychiatric Care Specialist at the HIC, no two days are the same. In addition to daily guidance, where you provide structure and support to clients, you will observe and signal clients' behaviors. You will assist and empower clients in their recovery process. Together with psychiatrists, PMT, activity coordinators, nurse specialists, nurses, peer workers, psychologists, sports coordinators, and social workers, you will form a close-knit multidisciplinary treatment team.

You motivate and encourage clients towards greater independence;
You participate in multidisciplinary meetings;
You help further develop the department;
You work irregular shifts.
