About the job
Your Next Challenge Awaits!
Join GGZ Rivierduinen at our community team in Katwijk where personal growth and professional development are highly valued. Leverage your expertise to contribute to the recovery vision in the treatment of our clients.
As a member of our certified FACT team, you will work closely with various partners in the care chain. This collaboration involves regular consultations with both internal partners (such as outpatient clinics, crisis services, and hospitals) and external partners (like safety and alertness committees). Our goal is to continuously enhance this collaboration both internally and externally.
We prioritize a triadic approach, involving the families and loved ones of our clients as much as possible in the treatment process.
Our operations increasingly align with the 'client journey'. As Rivierduinen transforms into a care function-driven organization, we aim to evolve into a mental health institution that offers more customized care tailored to the client's needs and the specific phase of change they are experiencing. Together with colleagues from different care functions, we work on integrating treatment options to better align with the treatment inquiries of our clients. Your expertise is essential for this development, and we provide you with the space to grow and contribute significantly to our care offerings.
Additionally, as a psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role, with your insights being highly valued. We encourage you to actively participate in shaping the care offerings at GGZ Rivierduinen.
Your treatment plans will be developed from a recovery-oriented perspective.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team where you can pioneer and advocate for our treatment offerings both internally and externally.
