Join us as a psychosocial support worker at Trubendorffer in Nijmegen for 24-32 hours per week from February to September 2026. This role is to cover maternity leave, with the potential for extension.
Your Role:
As a psychosocial support worker at Trubendorffer, you will assist clients in their psychosocial recovery process. You will help them with setting boundaries, creating structure, and filling their days meaningfully. The variety in your tasks is driven by the individual needs of each client, and you will collaborate closely with therapists to provide the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in managing their finances, finding work, and engaging in social activities while liaising with external agencies;
Organize self-help groups and guide clients in participating;
Perform various administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports;
Build and maintain relationships with external organizations;
Be accountable for achieving productivity targets;
Provide training and support for colleagues and onboard new team members;
Participate in various projects.
Work Environment:
You will be part of our treatment location in Nijmegen, where our team focuses on providing adults with addiction issues tailored treatment primarily based on cognitive behavioral therapy. The atmosphere among colleagues is collegial and informal, with a flat hierarchy, short communication lines, and ample room for personal responsibility.
