Join our dynamic Global Finance Operations Department as a Purchase-to-Pay Manager at our headquarters. We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to enhance organizational effectiveness and sustainability. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of seamless and efficient processes aligned with our global strategy and KPIs.
As the P2P Manager, you will oversee and drive our purchase-to-pay operations across various countries, leading a talented team of around 8 employees to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in process transformation, and a passion for cultivating high-performing teams.
THE JOURNEY
Scope: Regional.
- Lead and develop the P2P team, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth in line with Delivery Hero's strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end P2P operations, including PR/PO creation, invoice verification, approval, payment, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and standardization of processes across multiple countries.
- Define, implement, and continually improve P2P processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive automation initiatives and collaborate with IT and Finance transformation teams to optimize tools and workflows.
- Monitor and report on key P2P KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and Procurement to support business goals and resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and risk management policies.
- Actively represent P2P in internal and external audits.
