Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Conduct vendor research and selection to optimize profitability and efficiency.Establish and nurture relationships with vendors while overseeing their activities.Manage and review purchase orders, overseeing shipping and receiving schedules, and maintain accurate purchase and credit records.Track orders and parts within vendor portals to provide consistent updates across all branch locations.Review open sales orders and manage available inventory commitments.Reconcile completed jobs between our software, CRM, and production tracking systems.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications, with a willingness to learn additional software.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for customer service and problem-solving.Excellent multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
