Purchasing Administration
- Expedite the timely delivery of purchase orders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the preparation of requests for quotations to facilitate procurement processes.
- Source competitive pricing by obtaining at least three bids for specified requirements.
- Develop budget outlines based on designer specifications to aid in financial planning.
- Generate comprehensive reports, including bid summaries, for management review.
- Close project files and maintain an organized project storage log for future reference.
- Keep accurate records of disclaimers, credit applications, and vendor information.
- Ensure adherence to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards throughout the sourcing and storage processes.
Other Responsibilities
- Familiarize with hotel fire and life safety/emergency protocols.
- Participate in all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Perform additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.
