About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Python Backend Engineer to join our team in developing and sustaining AI-driven backend services on the Sitecore platform. Your primary focus will be on integrating large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. You will play a vital role in creating production-grade generative AI systems that enhance intelligent digital experiences. In this AI-centric environment, you will have the opportunity to utilize copilots and intelligent agents to streamline development processes and improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and productionize LLM pipelines encompassing retrieval, orchestration, prompt strategies, and semantic processing.
- Implement and manage RAG pipelines, embeddings generation, and vector search functionalities.
- Construct robust backend services and APIs that support AI-driven features in a multitenant architecture.
- Participate in developing evaluation frameworks to assess the accuracy, relevance, and trustworthiness of AI outputs.
- Utilize copilots and intelligent agents to automate workflows, coding tasks, and operational processes.
- Work with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AI Foundry) to design and implement multi-step AI workflows.
- Assist in enhancing backend capabilities that integrate with MCP-based tools and structured AI action frameworks.
- Guarantee system scalability and cloud-native robustness while adhering to engineering best practices.
