Your Role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our customer-facing products utilized by millions across eight countries. You will work with multiple backend service clusters and frontend stacks. Your responsibilities will include writing and executing automated tests, conducting manual quality assurance checks as required, troubleshooting software issues, and developing automated testing strategies and tools. Additionally, you will guide and manage quality processes, including postmortems and on-call duties for the team.
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager based in Vietnam and work on-site at the Grab Ho Chi Minh City office.
