Test Preparation
- Assess the development of new features for the framework and scripts (extend the framework)
- Evaluate which test cases should be automated and determine the time required for automation
- Contribute to identifying the most efficient testing strategies
- Understand the maintainability strategy
Test Execution
- Maintain and extend the framework through the development of new features
- Provide advice and support to developers for writing unit tests
- Write and execute load and performance tests
- Prepare, review, run, and analyze scripts (correctly applying the testing pyramid)
- Propose improvements for the product being tested
- Integrate with CI/CD Tools
- Initiate CI, adjust pipeline scripts under guidance
- Be eager to think about continuous improvement
Test Reporting.
- Report on test improvement proposals for the product/service being tested
- Familiarize and, if necessary, enhance the BI framework
- Interpret data from reporting tools
- Report progress regarding the development of the Test Automation framework and content improvement to the responsible parties
General
- You will act as the liaison between the organization, the team, and external contacts and clients.
- Additionally, you will maintain existing client relationships and build new ones by networking and increasing the visibility of Resillion as a leading player in the software testing market.
