Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to management in the development and implementation of QHSE policies.
- Foster a culture of safety by continuously raising awareness among both the hierarchical structure and staff.
- Centralize, structure, and organize safety priorities within the organization.
- Stay updated on legislation, conduct risk analyses, and initiate improvement processes.
- Draft project safety plans in collaboration with project leaders.
- Offer guidance and assist in the preparation of annual action plans and safety and health instructions.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and visit work locations.
- Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and incidents, developing preventive measures.
- Organize safety orientations, briefings, and training for new employees.
- Facilitate internal and external audits for various management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Be part of the Unitec team in the QHSE domain.
