As a Quality Advisor at Groenhuysen, you will take on a pivotal organizational role in ensuring quality and compliance across the board. Your expertise as an advisor will be crucial, as Groenhuysen employs a unique quality management system that encourages innovative thinking beyond conventional approaches.
In this role, your responsibilities will include establishing, coordinating, and further developing position assessments, as well as creating a comprehensive quality overview for Groenhuysen. You will lead client experience measurements, analyze the results, and translate these insights into actionable improvement strategies at the organizational level. Additionally, you will coordinate compliance with laws and regulations and adapt national guidelines, frameworks, and our vision for the future into Groenhuysen's quality policy.
You will provide project-based advice and support to various stakeholders, facilitating continuous improvement in service delivery. Acting as a bridge between diverse professionals, your organizational sensitivity, oversight, and persuasive skills will help reconcile differing interests, contributing to sustainable quality assurance within the organization.

At Groenhuysen, we are dedicated to serving predominantly elderly individuals in the Roosendaal region, providing them with opportunities to make the most of their day in their own way. Our extensive services range from convenience and comfort to intensive care, delivered through both home care and our well-maintained living facilities. As a Quality Advisor, you will collaborate with two colleagues in the quality department, which is hierarchically under the board secretary. Your work will be based at the central office in Roosendaal.
