Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews of telephonic and chat conversations to ensure adherence to quality service standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Audit inbound and outbound sales calls and correspondence, observing performance, techniques, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback based on audit findings to associates, fostering their professional growth.
- Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
- Demonstrate strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
