Job Posting: Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead
Candidate Location: Must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation assistance is available.
Work Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
Employment Type: W2 only; no subcontractors will be accepted.
Please note: We do not engage in corporation-to-corporation contracts; a referral fee of $5.00 per hour is offered. Candidates must work on a W2 basis. We do not accept H1 or F1 visa holders as we do not sponsor visas.
Our direct client is in search of an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month contract located in Columbia, SC.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, healthcare, or related field is required. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education. Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized institutions are preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases, scenarios, and test systems.
- 3 years of extensive knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes.
- 3 years of experience in communicating and publishing status reports on all open issues and gaps identified during the testing phase, effectively articulating details to Development teams.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in large enterprise or e-business systems.
- 3+ years of proficiency in using manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- 3+ years of prior experience working within a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and in an AGILE delivery environment.
- Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources are desirable.
