Implements ongoing quality improvement initiatives through regular assessments of operations and administrative systems.
Analyzes internal reports and prepares necessary monitoring documentation.
Designs and executes continuous quality improvement strategies.
Reviews data entry in TX3C, ensuring customer eligibility is accurate.
Maintains effective communication with management and staff, demonstrating sound judgment and diplomacy.
Monitors case managers to validate timely and accurate case management activities across all mandated systems.
Ensures caseload performance reviews align with state guidelines on specified indicators.
Prepares monitoring reports for the Quality Assurance Manager.
Performs other assigned duties as necessary.
