POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our brand's quality standards through thorough root-cause analyses and collaboration with both internal and external experts. This role is pivotal in supporting SMA's commitment to evidence-based quality processes by engaging with cross-functional and international teams to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge in medium voltage systems, transformers, switchgear, and converters, coupled with a robust quality-oriented mindset and the capability to collaborate effectively with SMA’s global headquarters in Germany.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all analyses are evidence-based, documented in compliance with standards, global processes, and aligned with the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct and engage in technical failure and data analyses.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
