What Makes This Role Exciting
As a Quality Assurance Nurse, you will collaborate closely with the Risk and Quality Management Director, as well as the Administrative Manager of Centralized Follow-Up (CFU), to enhance vital Risk & Quality Management (RQM) functions within Clinical Services and patient follow-up.
In this position, you will be tasked with identifying documentation discrepancies through meticulous medical record auditing, and providing actionable recommendations aimed at elevating clinical compliance. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing patient safety and ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare.
You should possess the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with leadership and clinical teams, including the Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Director of Family Planning, Health Center Managers, Clinicians, and Registered Nurses throughout the affiliate.
