Key Responsibilities
Administer the preparation, organization, and processing of inspections.
Timely and consistently send invitations to clients, FANC, and other stakeholders for hold and witness points (joint or external inspection moments).
Actively participate in quality meetings as a representative of our project organization.
Report internally on the status of inspections, non-conformities, and deviations.
Administratively manage, follow up, and report both internally and externally on non-conformities and deviations.
Proactively monitor progress and take the lead to ensure that quality issues are addressed promptly and accurately.
