Join our quality team as a Quality Control Coordinator, where you will collaborate closely with the quality manager to enhance our quality assurance processes. In this role, you will assist the purchasing and sales teams in the assessment of incoming samples and manage the preparation and distribution of sample requests to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send out samples to clients in a timely manner.
- Conduct sample roasting for client requests and facilitate cupping sessions, adhering to our high roasting standards.
- Set up and dismantle cupping tables, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the quality lab.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Register incoming samples accurately.
- Actively participate in cupping sessions with the team.
- Physically grade green coffee samples to ensure quality.
- Document findings, maintain records, and provide reports as necessary.
- Assist the sales team and customers with inquiries related to quality.
