Position Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to TransPerfect's quality standards to consistently meet client expectations.
Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Managers to clarify client requirements and effectively implement provided instructions.
Utilize supplementary materials, including client PAQs, reference documents, and glossaries, to enhance quality assurance processes.
Thoroughly review source files prior to QC work, discussing any findings with the project manager to identify potential challenges.
Conduct meticulous non-linguistic revisions on all documents, focusing on names, numbers, missing text, punctuation, and compliance with instructions.
Provide constructive feedback to Project Managers and other team members involved in the project.
