In the position of Quality Control Coordinator, you will serve as the final checkpoint before project delivery, responsible for the approval of deliverables. You will guarantee that each document adheres to client specifications, industry standards, and our rigorous internal quality benchmarks, which encompass accuracy, consistency, formatting, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive quality assessments on deliverables before project closure and authorize final sign-off for client delivery.
Thoroughly examine documents for quality discrepancies, emphasizing names, numbers, missing text, punctuation/spelling, and overall coherence.
Utilize all relevant supplementary materials (style guides, reference documents, glossaries, etc.) to ensure alignment of all deliverables with client directives.
Work in close collaboration with internal teams (Production, Client Services, etc.) and external vendors (freelance translators, proofreaders, etc.) to swiftly address and resolve issues.
Provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the quality of future projects.
Document issues through corrective action processes to facilitate ongoing improvement.
Ensure the final projects are delivered to clients via their preferred platforms, adhering to client guidelines and performing quality checks to guarantee inclusion of all necessary files and materials.
Understand, uphold, and enforce TransPerfect's quality standards as well as those of our clients when engaging with Production teams and external partners.
