Role Overview:
The Quality Control Field Technician plays a pivotal role in inspecting and evaluating field installations and services to ensure they align with company standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations. This position entails conducting comprehensive quality checks on completed work orders, pinpointing discrepancies, and providing constructive feedback to field teams to enhance service delivery. You will collaborate closely with field technicians, dispatch teams, and management to uphold exceptional service quality and operational efficiency. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, in-depth technical knowledge of installation processes, and proficiency in documenting and reporting findings accurately.
