Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect materials, components, and final products to verify their adherence to quality standards.Conduct visual inspections of cable and wire products to detect defects.Measure dimensions of products to ensure they meet specified criteria.Document all inspection results and testing outcomes.Report any discrepancies or non-conforming materials to the Quality Manager.Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.Maintain accurate documentation within the internal database.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as necessary.Adhere to company policies and the quality management system.Promote a clean and organized work environment by implementing 5S principles: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.Additional tasks may be assigned by the Quality Manager as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing setting.Familiarity with quality standards and regulations, including AS9100D and IPC/WHMA-A-620.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
