Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:3+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic and complex environment.Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) along with document lifecycle management.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail with a strong ability to produce accurate documentation and complete tasks efficiently.Solid experience with document repositories such as IMS, PDS, SharePoint, Confluence, and similar platforms.Ability to manage multiple priorities, demands, and deadlines effectively.Leadership experience is advantageous.

As a pivotal member of the Integrated Management System (IMS) team, the Quality Documentation Specialist plays a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our Quality Management documentation framework. This position is responsible for ensuring that all Policies, Procedures, Instructions, and Forms (PPIF) are not only current and compliant but also well-governed and globally accessible.
In this role, you will collaborate extensively with teams in Quality, Compliance, Operations, and Global functions to manage document control, facilitate audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our IMS. Your responsibilities will include owning monthly reporting and comparisons across various repositories, coordinating translations, assisting in audit preparations, and maintaining governance processes to ensure cohesive communication and updates across all platforms.
