In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for quality systems and customer requirements for the client you will be responsible for after a comprehensive onboarding program. You will work alongside supportive colleagues with extensive expertise in a team environment. This position entails close collaboration with program management, manufacturing, and technology, as well as process leaders to facilitate continuous improvements and ensure compliance with requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to customer requirements.
Managing customer complaints.
Acting as a subject matter expert on customer quality system requirements.
Training employees on customer system requirements.
Contributing to improvements in our operational management system (OMS).
Supporting the organization with a proactive approach, process management, continuous improvements, problem-solving, etc.
