Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance team to ensure optimal quality control processes in the workshop.
- Formulate, execute, and uphold quality assurance policies and procedures to comply with regulatory and industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of workshop processes, materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and potential enhancements.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production and engineering, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Educate and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
- Compile and deliver quality reports to management, emphasizing key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to quality assurance.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the workshop team.
