Qualifications
Your ResponsibilitiesIn Quality Assurance (QS):Support the implementation and adherence to HelloFresh quality standards.Contribute to the enhancement of HelloFresh's quality culture at the Barleben site.Actively monitor production and sorting processes.Regularly check compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards in the operation.Participate in the validation and control of our operational processes.In Quality Control (QC):Inspect our food products for freshness, labeling, and shelf life according to product-specific requirements.Check incoming packaging for damage or contamination.Ensure labels are correctly affixed and in compliance with legal requirements.Digitally document your inspection results, including images, in the QC tool.Verify traceability through batch numbers and expiration dates.Regularly check compliance with prescribed temperature ranges.Participate in internal training sessions to keep your professional knowledge up to date.

Your Role
As a Quality Operative (All Genders) at HelloFresh, you will work alongside the Quality Supervisor to ensure adherence to and the continuous improvement of our quality processes (QS & QC) in day-to-day operations. You will actively monitor product and process quality, support daily production, and play a vital role in upholding our high-quality standards.

This position is initially limited to 24 months, with a clear goal of permanent employment.
