Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who:Holds a higher education degree in quality, electronics, or industrial engineering.Has a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within an industrial environment (preferably electronics, automotive, or aerospace).Is proficient in quality tools and risk analysis methods: APQP, FMEA, problem-solving, FAI, PPAP, capability studies, MSA.Has experience in managing industrial projects and introducing new products.Possesses a good level of English for client interaction.Exhibits curiosity, organizational skills, rigor, and interpersonal skills: you know how to listen, communicate, and represent the voice of the customer. Knowledge of the electronics environment and SAP is a plus.

As a Quality Project Engineer, reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be an integral part of project teams to ensure quality requirements are adequately addressed throughout the development and industrialization phases of new products.
You will serve as the quality contact for project teams, overseeing the quality of new projects from inception through to serial production. Your role includes managing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and ensuring product/process compliance with client, internal, and regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities within the APQP framework include:
- Analyzing customer quality requirements and identifying gaps with internal processes.
- Contributing to feasibility studies (specific requirements, PPM estimation, etc.).
- Leading quality risk analyses for projects.
- Managing process risk analyses (FMEA) and tracking associated action plans.
- Ensuring adherence to the new product introduction process and monitoring quality project milestones.
- Validating manufacturing processes and testing methods (capability studies, MSA, etc.).
- Overseeing the validation of initial parts and the compilation of quality documentation (FAI, PPAP, etc.).
- Ensuring adequate product control coverage.
- Analyzing quality issues during the project phase and coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ensuring project transfer to series quality and capitalizing on lessons learned.
