Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Execute dispense hygiene procedures according to a scheduled journey plan.Respond promptly to customer emergency call-outs and resolve issues effectively.Manage and control equipment stock efficiently within your designated district.Maintain accurate records of client assets in trade.Conduct stock and equipment reporting in outlets.Monitor and report on product quality.Perform product age reporting and tagging returns.Build and sustain strong customer relationships.Assist in outlet refurbishments and system upgrades as necessary.Carry out equipment relocations as required.Install and uninstall dispense equipment, both permanent and temporary.Deliver and position POS materials and perform basic merchandising when needed.Ensure all tasks comply with company standards and agreed SLAs.Represent CPM and our clients professionally and effectively at all times.Adhere to industry health and safety standards rigorously.Proactively propose new ideas and improved working methods.Strive consistently to achieve the highest performance standards.Fulfill any other reasonable duties as assigned by your line manager.Experience & Skills Required:Valid full, clean driving license (essential).At least 1 year of experience in a field-based technical, quality, or service role.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to foster and maintain strong customer and client relationships.Professional demeanor in customer and client management.Knowledge of dispense systems and equipment is desirable.Experience in technical fault diagnosis is a plus.Target-driven with a history of meeting KPIs.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Strong commercial awareness.Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.Prior experience in electrical or plumbing roles is advantageous.
