About the job
As a Quality Technician, you will carry out specific quality control and assurance activities aimed at ensuring that components and products are manufactured in accordance with established procedures and meet the corresponding specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily audits (QA Reviews) of the manufacturing process to ensure that subassemblies and products in process are manufactured according to the relevant procedures and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and functional tests on products and items in process to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Review historical device records (DHR) before product or subassembly release to verify that all documentation meets the required specifications.
- Conduct daily tests to ensure that primary packaging complies with the specifications that ensure the sterile barrier of our products.
- Implement retention (quarantine) measures for non-conforming products, including proper identification, reporting, and blocking/unblocking in SAP.
- Review logs, graphs, and temperature indicators to ensure product sterility.
- Maintain organized work areas (5S) and comply with the Quality GO's for each relevant period.
- Complete tasks assigned by your supervisor (5%).
- Report any non-compliance with established procedures and regulations for the area.
- Adhere to corporate and legal EHS requirements by following internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance through strategies, internal controls, communication, and necessary training.
- Continuously maintain EHS results through leadership, commitment, and active participation in all EHS-related initiatives.
